Vibecoding Bootcamp A 3 Day Startup Sprint From Idea To Prototype
What is the Vibecoding Bootcamp? Welcome to the new way to build startups. In a world where anyone can turn an idea into a functioning prototype in minutes using AI, Vibecoding Bootcamp shows you how founders actually do it: by understanding real people, designing around their needs, and using AI tools to move fast.
Across three immersive days, you’ll learn how to spot real problems, run simple customer interviews, design strong value propositions, and then turn those into working prototypes using AI “vibecoding” platforms like Miro AI, Lovable or Replit — all with natural language, no coding required.
By the end of the sprint, your team will have: - A validated customer problem - A clear value proposition - A functional prototype - A concise 3-minute pitch you can show off This is the modern founder skillset — grounded in real evidence, powered by AI. Why We’re Doing This The Enterprise Lab created this sprint for students who are curious about entrepreneurship but don’t know where to start.
“Vibecoding” means describing the vibe of what you want to build and letting AI help you turn that into something real. But AI only works when you understand what problem you’re solving — and for whom. This sprint gives you the mindset, structure, and confidence to design something people actually want.
What You’ll Learn You’ll learn practical tools that founders use every day: - How to identify a problem worth solving - How to conduct fast customer-discovery interviews - How to map Jobs, Pains and Gains into a Customer Profile - How to design solutions using the Value Proposition Canvas - How to create simple prototypes using AI vibecoding tools (no coding required) - How to communicate your idea through a crisp, compelling 2-minute pitch You won’t sit and listen — you’ll build something real by Day 3.
When and Where Dates: Monday 1 December, Wednesday 3 December, Thursday 4 December 2025 Time: 10:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:30 Location: Online via Zoom + Miro Breaks: Frequent short breaks throughout The Three-Day Flow Day 1 — Find the Problem You’ll form teams, choose a real-life situation students struggle with, and conduct live customer interviews to understand Jobs, Pains and Gains. Then you’ll synthesise the insights and identify a problem worth solving.
→ Output: A validated Customer + Problem Profile Day 2 — Design the Solution You’ll use the Value Proposition Canvas to turn your insights into a clear solution concept. Then you’ll create a one-page product brief and transform it into a working prototype using AI vibecoding tools such as Miro AI, Lovable or Cursor. → Output: Working prototype (web app, tool, or landing page) Day 3 — Share the Solution You’ll refine your prototype, shape your narrative, and turn your idea into a clear 2-minute pitch.
In the afternoon you’ll present live to a panel of judges and get actionable feedback. → Output: Lightning pitch + feedback + certificate Team Setup - Join solo or with friends — everyone’s welcome - No idea? You’ll discover one together on Day 1 - If your team isn’t the right fit, you’ll have the option to switch at the end of Day 1 - Can’t attend every minute?
You can still take part as long as at least one teammate is present in each session All teaching segments will be recorded. Breakout rooms will not.
What You’ll Leave With - A working prototype built using AI - A validated customer problem - A real value proposition that makes sense - Experience interviewing and testing with real people - A shareable 3-minute pitch - Your full Miro workspace + templates - A certificate of completion from the Imperial Enterprise Lab Who It’s For - Students from any discipline — engineering, science, design, business, medicine, humanities - Anyone curious about startups, innovation, AI tools, or creative collaboration - No coding or prior startup experience required All you need is curiosity, a laptop, and good internet.
This Isn’t for You If… - You expect a pure AI bootcamp focused mostly on tooling - You want deep training on one platform (e.g., Lovable or Cursor) - You’re looking for a pre-built idea - You prefer theory over talking to real people - You dislike fast, hands-on collaboration This sprint is active, messy, practical, and real. What This Is Really About Yes, you’ll use AI tools that can turn text into functioning prototypes — but that’s just the surface.
The real goal is to teach you how founders think: - understanding people - exploring problems - testing assumptions - designing value You’ll use practical frameworks like Design Thinking, Customer Discovery and Value Proposition Design — the same methods used by innovators at Google, IDEO and Strategyzer. You’ll leave with creative confidence and a repeatable approach to building ideas the right way. The Pitch & Prizes On Thursday afternoon, each team presents a 2-minute pitch (plus 30-second buffer) to a panel of judges.
Judges look for: - Clear understanding of the customer problem - Evidence of testing or validation - A solution grounded in real needs - Creativity in prototyping - Effective teamwork Prizes will be awarded to the most promising and well-validated ideas.
What You’ll Need - Laptop or tablet with camera + mic - Reliable internet - Zoom + browser (Chrome recommended) - Enthusiasm and curiosity (no technical skills required) Facilitated by Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine (the “College” or “Imperial”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information.
